How to Use the Plan

Upon receiving your application, Total Vision Services will issue your I.D. cards which you must present at the time of service to any participating provider. Should you decide to use your own eye doctor and not take advantage of the reduced examination fees under the TVS PLAN, take your prescription to any of the provider locations and they will fill it for you at TVS PLAN rates. Remember to present your ID card at the time of service.

Lasik Surgery Benefit

Total Vision Services has negotiated discounts through board certified ophthalmologists for laser visioncorrection.

Laser vision correction, more commonly known as Lasik and PRK, is used to correct moderate to severenearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism.

Total Vision Services has gone to great lengths to only contract with ophthalmologists that have anestablished reputation for giving comprehensive high-quality patient care and for providing reliable andefficient follow-up visits after the surgical procedure is finished.
